We coordinate and oversee all activities concerning maintenance, upkeep and improvements. This foundational package is designed for homeowners who want preventative maintenance checks on their property, particularly while they are away. We ensure your home is secure, collect your mail and detect potential issues.
Scheduled Interior and Exterior Inspections
Regular, thorough visual inspection of the property to check for signs of forced entry, leaks, pest infestation, and general maintenance needs. Checking that essential systems (HVAC, water heater) are operational.

Welcome Home Service

Sean Simpson, General Manager, grew up in Naugatuck, Connecticut and has served in law enforcement there, and in Middlebury, for over 30 years. During this time he maintained a passion for carpentry and home improvement - so much so that he built his own home in the area. Sean has a meticulous eye for detail and is a great communicator, making it easy to work with him.
