Knox Home was founded in 2025 by Sean Simpson and Davis Knox to deliver a higher level of service to homeowners in the Litchfield Hills of Connecticut. About The Knox Home
Davis Knox, Founder
Davis is a seasoned entrepreneur having founded multiple businesses over his 25 year career. Davis and his family own a home on Milton Road in Litchfield, which they recently remodeled. In the last few years, he also remodeled and sold a historic 1750s home on West Street in Morris. He and his wife Gena have four children, two of which are attending the Rumsey Hall School in Washington Depot. Davis is a hands-on type of guy who enjoys renovation work and especially creating inviting spaces for entertaining friends.
